Yesterday, being my first day off in AGES... of course it had to be stellar! First of all, my little sis has been in town, but yesterday I actually got to Hang Out with her! I so rarely get to chill with Just her, that just getting to see her was special! Of course, we also had to pick the best place Ever to hang out - Canada's Wonderland. Not because its Canada's Wonderland of course... but because I found out that my little sister has been hiding a secret - she's a closet Adrenaline Junkie! The two of us braved the heat and humidity (it easily hit 35 not counting humidity) to run around the park, and go on as many roller coaster rides as humanly possible! And of course, as no sane person would go stand in lineups at Canada's Wonderland in that kind of heat.... the lines were all super-short! We ended up going on 5 different coasters, and did a total of 7 rides! We found the brand new Goliath towards the end... HOLY FUCKING CRAP! The height and distance that coaster does... Wow, we got off it, still buzzed from the adrenaline rush, went out the exit, turned around and went right back in! Lucky for us, the lineup was like 5 minutes for the second ride! I think it was somewhere on that ride, that my belly ring fell out! Too much G-Force!

The first drop is INSANE!

Somehow it still Wasn't long enough! We had to go a second time!
After 4 hours of adrenaline rushes and hot hot weather, we met up with Dad, picked up D and Irk, and headed up Bofinger, my new fave restaurant! J and Kate Anson joined us there, and we all packed down the yummy yummy meat! We stuffed ourselves silly, then parted ways again. D, Irk and I headed back to his appartment for a chill evening. Alex and Dad went back to the Wasteland and Helleville respectively. Now of course, the day would not have been complete without the weather picking on me. When we were out at Canada's Wonderland? So hot and sunny the lines were short. When we were almost done there? - Grey and cooler with longer lines. Sitting on D's balcony - a beautifully angry wind. Got On the bus home? The storm started threatening. Big heavy drops forced the busdriver to stop and close all windows.... but just to make me happy, the storm did not start until I got off the bus and started walking home. Not a block away from the subway, and I actually physically saw the rain advancing. It was BRILLIANT! With the wind so angry, adn the rain coming down so hard... and me of course in white! I could not have had a more satisfying end to my day! It picked up even more just as I got back to the appartment, so I put the purse and shoes inside and spun in the downpour a little more!!!...lets just say I slept like a baby last night!!!
